Im sure there are a few Cronenburg fans out there, what are your thoughts? You like his newer stuff or his older stuff? whats your fav movie? discuss!!!

I like both his old and his new, I enjoyed "A History of Violence" but I think my favorite from him thus far is "Videodrome".

He's probably my favorite director--next to Ingmar Bergman. I was more of a Bergman fan in college though. Anyway, there isn't much this man has done that I don't like. The only movie he did that I don't care for is "Spider." Ralph Fiennes is a great actor, and Cronenberg could have done more with him in this film.

These are all great movies.

I like the soundtracks too. Howard Shore often does the creepy, dramatic music

Ya know, eXistenZ wsa the 2nd cronenburg movie I saw and I didnt like it at all, it made me question cronenburg becuase of how much I disliked it... to each there own. have you seen Videodrome?
