I have some really awesome patterns that I haven't done anything with.. well 1. because I don't know how to sew, but will be taking lessons really quick.. and 2. I don't have a sewing machine yet, but I'm pricing them out. I want one that is strong enough to go through denim, so I can make corsets. I don't know.. some of them may work for you. I bought them when they were on sale, always wanting to take the time to learn how to sew, but not taking the time to do it.. but now that I'm really into this steampunk thing, it's harder to find things that will work pre-fab. I can dig them up. Some of them were really cool!!!

COOL! thanks, hun. if you want, I can borrow the patterns, and give them back.. (I have my own tissue paper, as to trace stuff with) either way, I'm game... since I don't have ANY patterns, either. Oh, and if you'd like a trade, if you have anything you want repaired, I'll fix it for ya. ^_^

Marc, I will be finishing up my curtains, as soon as I can, and I'll have Piggymama take some good pics with her blackberry, since my webcam died, not too long ago. (not long after I took the pics of the material, that I posted in this thread)... I will remind her again, so that she won't forget that she's my ride. I don't think that she'll be staying, but she will be my ride. I am hoping to maybe talk her into getting TheLordOfSins, but I haven't had the change to talk to her about it, yet. I will keep you updated, though.

Would like to know if anyone knows of a few places around to get tuxes on the cheap. also looking for dress/tux vests, as the one that I had is now MIA. Checked most of the local second hand stores here.

President Tuxedo is headquartered in ... Warren I think it is. Every year they have a massive warehouse clearing sale where you can get stuff dirt cheap. I think it's every February.

So here's the dealio.

I really want to go to this. Ace wasn't too excited because she's Ace. And Vector was actually super interested in it.

The thing is...that night is the 89x Stole Christmas Bash that Ace and Vector are going to it. So even if we did go, they'd have to leave somewhat early, probably, in order to go to the concert.

And I don't drive yet (I know, its sad). So I'd have to go home. And not go to CC because I'd have no ride back home or whatever...unless Ace and Vector decided to go after...but I don't know how late the concert is.

But yeah.

Soooo...I dunno. It seems like the odds are against me.

Even though I was really looking forward to this.

I'm sure we can find you a ride to CC and home... or where ever you need.
