TronRP Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Today I started off the day with helping to prep my mother for going to her chemotherapy treatment. Then I shoveled the snow and fed the birds. After that, I had 15 minutes to get ready for a 2 hour round trip chauffeuring run to a doctor's office in Rochester. Upon returning to the house, I had to shovel another path to my house and managed to get in some lunch and download all the images off my camera before tending to family members returned from the hospital with a new set of medications for me to memorize for the daily med packs. It was then time to start shutting down for the evening: I organized the medications Retrieved a FedEx package Downloaded a Cancer Treatment Support Video from todays treatment Finalized a personal transaction Pushed one sister's car out of the driveway so she could drive home Made sure another sister made it home through the newly fallen snow Turned on the outside lights Got the niece and nephew situated with dinner and evening activities Took care of the pets And Setup Med Packs I was very proud of myself for showing much emotional restraint because I only got upset one little time over the fact that the kids could have shoveled the snow and fed the birds this morning instead of me because there was no school for them today and I had to leave in less than 40 minutes, but they were too busy trying to get down to a friend's house to play slumber party picnic to even take on the responsibility...so I shut up and took care of it. Yay, me...I'm getting better.
