Definitely a place I would keep...have a nice house near the North Shore, then a tunnel that carries me to that place in secrecy.

While I am at it, I might as well wish for the Batcave/Tony Stark's workshop as well.

There was an abandoned mistle silo that I saw on ebay once. They wanted 1.5 million for it, it wasn't a bad price for how LARGE it was under ground and that it came with like a crap load of property. AND it was in Washington State, which I've always wanted to visit there.. *sighs* some day. I would convert that bad boy into something like this..

computer question though - wouldn't the high humidity be bad for electronics? the jungle space with computer desks in it was all steamy. we should obviously take it over and use it for our own purposes.
