Here's a secret... I actually know the answer to that. :grin

I was hanging out with my friend in Ann Arbor, and a lot of the group that was there was vegetarian or vegan. We started talking about sex, and I asked the Vegan girl that very same question. She said they can, because the "protein" is given willingly of the person involved. The guy has a choice in the matter of wether he is going to give up that protein or not.

I don't play trumpet, but I do play drums in a Serbian / Macedonian brass band. And the funny thing is, it's so over-the-top dorky, that people in San Francisco actually think we're chic. So we play gigs at these really hip clubs with avante gard bands and performance artists and such. But really, we're just a bunch of geeky musicians.

No one knows that... I haven't smoked weed since I was 18 or so... but I try some every few years just in case I might like it again. So far no dice.

No one knows that... at one point I seriously considered going to Amsterdam to do the ibogaine cure for opiate addiction.

No one knows that... one of my ancestors was a Caucasian woman who married a Black man in the early 19th c., in South Carolina... which was actually illegal at the time.

In my younger and wilder years I was addicted to cocaine for about a month.

I do not touch the stuff now and the only drugs i indulge in are alcohol and cigs!

If it was only a month you were not "addicted"... you were doing a heavy run. Which of course doesn't negate your wisdom or strength in getting out ov it before it became a life-devouring problem.
