Your dream hair color...

So Eleven and I have been having a deep and philosophical ( ) conversation about hair colors.

She's thinking about dying her hair a wacky color again and she reminded me about the hair color I've been dreaming about getting for years...

Electric blue.

So I figured...why not have a thread with what color you wish/want to dye your hair?

I'm afraid to dye my hair electric blue now because of my job.

Its very disappointing.

Also even if people have good ideas of what wacky color would look good on someone...they can post suggestion or whatevz. You catch the drift.

I'm at the point where I'm trying to get my natural blond back. I haven't colored my hair in almost a year and I'm slowly growing it out and cutting off the old color. By summer I should have my pretty blond back.

But, I've always wanted to have my hair in raindow colors. My nickname was skittles when I was in high school lol.

The pink that was underneath this, you can see some of it.

Purple or blue ... (the blue in the picture above was actually purple, but it faded REALLY fast to that blue colour).

LoL, when my red fades on the ends you can still see a bit of the pink still there.

I'll settle for my red though. Unfortunately, having awesome colours is just not functional for court.

I already did my dream color for awhile......purple!

it was great!

i recommend it as something to do at least once in your lifetime, if you can.

I tried plum a few springs ago when I still had long hair. And it was dirty blonde with highlights before I dyed it...so it came out a purple/hot pink color.

And then it was a brownish-reddish-purple last summer for a bit.

And now it's a reddish-purple over black.

And now my hair reminds me of eggs over easy...whaaaat?

...My brain is melting.

It was teh awesomeness.

Then I did the Special Effects Vampire Red.

Bright, bright red with chunky white blond streaks.

I'd like to see how my hair would look purple, just for one day, but I'd never dye it purple. Those colors look terrible when they start to fade. I'll stick with wigs for totally unnatural colors.

It is hard to maintain, so I only do it in the summer

blue. very blue. deep beautiful blue. i really want my skin this color. yeah, i really do.

red. like super red, not natural, not orangy. just RED.

pink.

rainbow.

i think silver would be pretty cool too.

black with any color streaks.

i've only ever had the red streaks with black hair. but who hasn't right?

i like these colors but won't do any of that to my hair.

i think my time has come and gone for all that i never acted on it back then. *shrugs* oh well. i can just admire it on others.

If you ingest enough colloidal silver, in time your skin will turn blue.
