Hopefully next time we can work out a Saturday (as every day is hard for us, but Sunday's are the worst).

The next time WILL be a Saturday. I think it would be nice to rotate this so that most of the interested parties can get to it. Saturday nights are also a good kid night.

I talked to Ace and Vector...and they're both PUMPED.

Especially Vector, who is pretty good at skating. Ace can barely remain standing in rollerskates...

Is everyone forgetting that Monday, January 19th is MLK, Jr. Day? Don't people have the day off work? Or have kids w/ no school? Or is that just people like me who work in Detroit?

BTW, I am definitely going. And I plan on bruising my knees and butt.

I will still have kids. My ex only gets Saturday's, with return on Sunday's.

However, they don't have school and neither do I the next day ... but I still have them.

I hope you would still have them. Try as you might, they don't usually go back where they came from. But, no, I was just saying that if there was an opportunity to get a group babysitter so peeps could go, THEIR late night might not be as detrimental if they haven't school the next day. And for grown-ups, same deelio of they haven't WORK the next day. I would love it, Rayne, if something could be worked out and you could come after all. I've yet to meet you.

One night should work out ... it's easier for us on Saturday's because the ex is *supposed* to take the kids. He doesn't always though.
