Time? I don't have time! I start my new job Jan 26th. I would kinda like NOT commute form north of Flint. Note: I am slightly stresses out about the whole thing*. The house I made an offer on is a nice place, but it is a short sale. Damn bank wants to take their time to approve, but I need to know. One of the places I saw today has potential. I will make an offer tomorrow after I mull over what needs to be dome to it in my head.
