I want to put two streaks in my hair (not sure what color yet) I don't have the money (not $50 or $60) to have it done where I get my hair cut.

I can pay you something (we can figure it out later) so that you know - I'm not asking for a freebie.

So if anyone here knows how to do this and wants to pick up a some extra spending money let me know.
