I was told that I'm "built like a rock" by an old friend when we went to the beach. I just made about 255 at 18-19% BF.

I've lost 5 pounds, and I've been watching what I'm eatting. It's also helping that I'm up at a decent time and going to bed at decent time thanks to school. I've also been helping out with the yard work which is helping my arms because the weed wacker is heavy hehe. I just need to start hitting the treadmil or going for a walk in the evening to the end of the road and back, as it is a mile. The key to the walking on the road is to not get hit by a tractor though...

I've won 20lbs since the wedding!

By Fall, the sweating will drop you further than you think, if you refrain from late night snax...just keep it up!

Ran 3 miles today.

over the last week, I ran/walked a total of 48 miles in 6 mile stints. My goal is to get to 72+ miles a week (back when I was combat weight.)

Starting working out again over the past two weeks and cutting back on the carbs. My weight went down from 172 to 169. :)

Lifting regularly again, and doing 2 a day trainings + extra conditioning at the gym. Seems like my body composition is changing for the better.
