hey everyone...don't forget:

Admission on Saturday Nights is $7.50, skate rentals are extra.

No spikes, chains, hats, torn clothing.

There was a guy there on Sunday who MADE his own skates out of work boots, trucks, & wheels. They were SWEET. I've been thinking of customizing mine for a bit. He has inspired me!!

And I'm going to tell you now that skating is helping me to drop my poundage!! I just got back from my doc and he said that my heart is beating QUITE strong for an asthmatic. I'm fully convinced that this is not just a fun thing, but unbelievably great for my well-being!
