jynxxxedangel Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I've been partial to AIRS brand fragrances' "Ocean," as an all-around home fragrance for many years. Dry cedarwood, salt spray, sand, ozone, green things..it's very nice. For sexy-time, I LOVE their French Vanilla scent. AIRS Fragrances
bean Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Gonesh has a lot of different scents, and when burned, don't smell like a burning toothpick. I think their incense smells great: Clicky
candyman Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 If you don't want stick that "make it smell bad" then get Dhoop or Smudge...you actually get more stuff for the same price...
torn asunder Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 not sure of brands, but typically i get jasmine, strawberry, and (my favorite) sweetgrass. there are some others, but they're blended oils, & i get them based on their effects and scent.
prick Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I love them all to be honest. Anything to kill my cigarettes smell.
taysteewonderbunny Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 I love them all, to be honest. Anything to kill my cigarettes smell. An example of how punctuation can actually change the meaning of a sentence. Now Prick does not have a desire for truthful incense. I hope he isn't incensed at my persnickety-ness.

pomba gira Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 I've been partial to AIRS brand fragrances' "Ocean," as an all-around home fragrance for many years. Dry cedarwood, salt spray, sand, ozone, green things..it's very nice. For sexy-time, I LOVE their French Vanilla scent. AIRS Fragrances Airs ROCKS. A stick of AIRS will scent a room without even being lit. My favorites are the Water scents... Dragon Cloud, Tropical Ocean, Secret Garden, Black Opium. and some of the Fire ones- Nightspell, French Vanilla, Kashmir. Lately been burning Cedar/Sage/Eucalyptus to get rid of negative-vibe residue in my house. It's pricey but worth it. Japanese incense is nice too... solid incense with no wood stick. Very low-smoke, supposed to be good for people with allergies. I buy some on eBay once in a while.
e-jewell Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 Can't burn incense myself unfortunately, we have sensitive noses in the house... but when I'm elsewhere I've always enjoyed dragon's blood, typical as it may be. Very deep, rich flavor.
jynxxxedangel Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 Sweetgrass braids are great natural incense, when burnt. Sweetgrass also purifies, and gives focus. White sage smudge sticks are another cleansing incense I use in my home, quite often. Also frequently used are Paine's log and cone incense. I LOVE this stuff-- it reminds me of camping up north. I also love white copal resin, although it is a bit too pungent for some folks.
