candyman Posted February 18, 2009 Posted February 18, 2009 Yeah so my teacher just tossed clips from the movies that we are reporting on into the grade...and now I am screwed. I have programs that are supposed to get the movies onto my computer...but they aren't working. Its Pineapple Express and I think the problem is that its has Theatrical, Extended, and Actor commentary versions...and it only rips the last one off the disc. I really need the actually movie to do this because the actors commenting on what is going on doesn't really work for the presentation. Are there any programs that can do this? I also found youtube clips but school has a blocking system in where we can't download that stuff.
Az_ Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 Try this program. http://handbrake.fr/ I used it to rip out portions of some movies to place on youtube before. Its freeware and gets the job done.
Scary Guy Posted February 21, 2009 Posted February 21, 2009 http://www.afterdawn.com will tell you basically everything you need to know. I usually use DVD Decrypter myself.
