Ice Queen Cometh

So the long awaited move is finally upon me. I am moving from a little hick town called Chesaning (about 30 miles northwest of Flint) to Southfield. I did not post sooner because everything has been up in the air (and still kinda is). Nothing has gone smoothly, and things changed again, yesterday. I think it is safe to make a tentative plan. So, I sign the papers Monday, but can't move in that day, due to a late closing they can't possibly do earlier . So, I will go from there to rehearsal and spend the night with friends, again. I work 12 hours Tuesday, then drive 2 home. Wednesday, I will be packing the essentials and making a couple of trips with my vehicle and my dad's truck starting fairly early. Thursday I work 12 hours, have the performance to do , then work 12 hours again on Friday, perform again on Saturday. So, maybe the big move on Sunday??? Who's with me??? I still have a lot more packing to do and need more boxes. Anyone willing to help out either day is appreciated, unloading and such in Southfield. Anyone that is super awesome and wants to drive all the way out to my little town to lend some muscle and/or cargo space, well, is really super awesome! And boxes, Hook me up with some boxes! I should call tomorrow to reserve my truck for Sunday.

I made a drive to Chesaning today to get my phone charger and some clothes. I've got the show tonight I have to get ready for. I no longer have to work on Monday, so i am hoping on making a few trips tomorrow.

Well, I have possession and my beds, dining room table, couch and love seat are in. Plans got canceled for yesterday. Looks like the rest will have to wait for this coming weekend, hopefully. Thanks to everyone offering there services.

Thanks to the help of some awesome guys, the majority of my stuff is now moved. Prick helped the last load with a couch with about 5 minutes notice. With slightly more notice (less then 2 hours), Msterbeau and his wonderful girls helped unload the big truck. My Own Savior made the long haul all the way to the old place, helped load the truck for 3 hours, and unloaded it too. With them, a non DGN friend, and my Dad, a huge dent was made! Just some minor things left and a lot of cleaning. Now, to unpack it all

You guys moved stuff around quickly, by the time we were in the neighborhood, you said everything was done. WOW!! I would have stopped by a bit if I were feeling well, sorry that I didn't respond in time. :(
