Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li

I was actually impressed with this movie. It didn't go into the cheesy type gaming movie, but instead went the direction toward a more realistic approach minus the actual powerball strike she uses. It had a real storyline and from the ending, I take it there will be more in the future as they mentioned Ryu. They had Balrog, Vega, and Bison for popular bad guys. No other game characters besides those 3 and Chun Li were in it. But it certainly gives some more meaning behind the character. Also saw the trailer for Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen.

Not bloody violent or anything. Just your standard violence and there was a lot of storyline. And yes, Gen was in it, but I don't remember which game he finally appeared in. Was it Street Fighter Alpha?
