About to try soldering some cogs onto the brass ring I made.  Hopefully I can pull it off without messing it up.  I think it looks ok the way it is but it just isn't steampunk without the cogs.  lol.

About to go jury-rig the lawnmower handle to see how much I can get cut.  You can't even tell that the grass was cut 2 weeks ago.

 

It was at my knees when I pulled out the bins last night.  Even that was shocking because I just used the trimmer to knock down the grass last Saturday then took Mother's Day pictures that Sunday.  This new growth sprouted up in like 48 hours.

Back in from this morning's seminar with the niece and getting ready to freeze my card just in case the number gets stolen again.  Something seems to happen every time I use a credit card at a particular store in Novi.

Do you need to go to that particular store in Novi? If no, may I suggest going to another store?

About to do my last job before taking a couple weeks off for my daughters birthday, kindergarten graduation, wedding anniversary, and whatever all else goes on in the last week of may that it's the absolute worst timing for right now.

Unfortunately, it's the only one I know of in the tri-county area and I only get the chance to shop there once or twice a year.

I do, but I have the second monitor off. I use it mainly when I'm recording game play (OBS). I've been working on building up a gamer youtube channel.

That's good for Boy Monchichi. I do my best with commentary, but it's not every minute like some of the bigger, well known gamers like Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, and PewdiePie.

      About to head up to Roseville to return this rental and pick up my truck from the auto shop.  It is supposedly sporting a newly fabricated frame rail...I don't think they are referred to as "chassis" anymore as I see the confusion in shop owner's eyes when they ask me if I'm looking for "body work?".   But I do find it interesting that I told the owner that I worked direct with OEM parts and yet he still wrote me up an invoice with overpriced OEM parts from companies I used to host at the place I used to work for.  With that said, I'm expecting a stellar job for the amount I paid.   ...else, there will be some talk negotiations.

      This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...
