That's "#1 Crush" by Garbage. I believe it is featured on the soundtrack to the Romeo and Juliet flick from 1996... And yes, that's the one with Leonardo DiCaprio. I've found the original version and the "goth remix" on YouTube. I'm not sure what version is played at City Club, though.
