I think there really is something to that, sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy. I've experienced similar things myself and it feeds on itself.

I thought the hail was awesome.

This morning, I was eating a sub on my way to work. As I finished it, I wandered over to a strip mall to dispose of the paper wrappers. As soon as I step under the roof, hail falls.

Hail fell several times during the day. It felt very post-apocalyptic and thus good. And not once was I caught in it.

Aw, come on, people! Where is the sense of adventure? The thrill of the chase, the winds strong enough to make you feel you are going to float away, and the flying debris? And of course, the lightning bouncing back and forth across the sky and occasionally striking the ground.

What? So, I am a bit of an adrenaline/endorphin junkie. Get the same rush doing clinical work as well (hence why I love being in the hospital.)

Well I am thinking at least I will be successful at it considering...storms do like me. Saw one tornado already...almost got squished by a tree branch once...I will get good footage at least. Otherwise whats the point?

And yes I suppose I AM suicidal considering the hoods I go into alone at night sometimes
