Suggestions on Alternative meets/congregations besides the Clubs

So I decided to post this hand in hand with my goodbye thread.

I'd like to get together with those of you who have shown me love, and taken the time to get to know me outside of DGN and the club life.

Here in Fenton, there aren't many places to meet up with friends, but we make due....like go to a park, or the sunken gardens and have a nice outdoorsy get together.

The options are endless, and great for the soul.

I know there are MANY alternatives....I just don't live close to most of you, so I'm a bit out of the loop on where else in the Detroit Metro area that I can converse and network in without the closed spaces, over crowded dance floors, and odd creepys that like to follow around the ladies.

When I move to Warren...a giant non-stop DGN party will commence. For serious. Any house I live in is non-stop company, so when we have an ACTUAL house...I'm getting fucking rowdy in the most legal ways possible (and everyone's invited).

i'm a big fan of house parties/gettogethers

and sluagh686 and i live in howell we're not too far from fenton (at least not so far as most others)

and smoke in trixies is kind of proportional to bodies occupying the place (at least it was when i used to go there) no offense at all rev i love it as well but to be fair yes if it's packed it can get smoky. my mom used to accuse me of sneaking into bars or smoking myself.... tuesday night open mic used to get a little out of hand...

Yep I love my Trixies and am a heavy smoker and it can get too bad for me. Sometimes its good sometimes its bad.

They are fan mounted! I think there is a plan to put in a 3rd on..we have 2 so far...

...I've seen is like you say...but it is less now...but, yes, Tuesday nights open-mic is SO busy..hence the plan for #3 fan...
