Soulrev Posted May 11, 2009 Posted May 11, 2009 Yes and I still stand firm when I say Tim Burton's Batman movies are way better than these new-fangled piles of crap people call movies.
Onyx Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Oh wow. I am sooo out of the loop, been working 60 hour weeks. I thought Meg was talking about another movie when she referred to this in the star trek thread. Wow, does look good!
Guest Megalicious Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 Hey, hey now... District 9 looks good too!!!! But yeah, 9 looks awesome but I don't think it is a Tim Burton film.. he is producing it... but as far as I know Acker is the director..., he co-wrote it as well....
Guest Megalicious Posted May 12, 2009 Posted May 12, 2009 (edited) Oh, and I think Welcome Home is a much better "fit" for the trailer ..... 9 Edited May 12, 2009 by Megalicious
Troy Spiral (13) Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 I know I'll see it. T.B. "associated" movies are sort of required. But about 10 years ago I think he started slipping on every other movie. Fell into a bit of a cookie cutter pattern, and not always a good pattern. Hopefully this will be one of the "good ones".
Homicidalheathen Posted May 19, 2009 Author Posted May 19, 2009 I too feel he has a certain 'pattern' but thats its still unique enough to pull off a good movie every 5 yrs or so
Slogo Posted May 19, 2009 Posted May 19, 2009 I am interested to see how Alice in Wonderland turns out
