The Cars (and Cheap Trick's) chord progressions have been borrowed from HEAVILY, by every fucking emo band on earth.

I'm quite sure-- the kids who wear their hair combed over their entire face, and listen to that rehashed drivel, have never even heard of either.

It would be very difficult for me to choose a favourite Cars song. I absolutely love them.
