IsleofRhodesEnt Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 the new job. btw...for those in the MT. Clemens area....Tuesday-Saturday, every night, at Fritts on Main Street...I'll be working in the kitchen..rocking and rolling....and most likely being bored enough to stack cheese....again. So come in and order something....like our new Buffalo Chicken Pita(two Chicken strips, with buff sauce fried IN the breading; lettuce, tommato, swiss and bleu cheese, on a warm pita), or the Bleu Jalapeno Burger (name says it all) & Texas Roadhouse Burger (BBQ sauce, Chedder, and onion rings on this one)...both which are coming soon. p.s. don't blame me for shameless plug...I really WAS bored enough to stack cheese...I get paid regardless...but I like being somewhat busy!!
Guest Megalicious Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 Lovies, flowers, coffee, awesome lunch and good friends to laugh at stupid people with.

darknight1 Posted October 13, 2009 Posted October 13, 2009 Seeing someone I haven't seen in almost a year or so...an ex girlfriend of mine. It seems the spark hasn't left.

TheLordOfSins Posted October 15, 2009 Posted October 15, 2009 Yesterday, it was hanging out with Miss Kitty, haven't seen her in quite awhile. Today, I called into work... Sucks that I feel like crap, but nice to stay home and relax. Woo.
Rev.Reverence Posted October 15, 2009 Author Posted October 15, 2009 ...O_M_G is supposed to make it for me later
pomba gira Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 Waking up all glowy & content, and having leftover sushi for breakfast.
Guest Megalicious Posted October 17, 2009 Posted October 17, 2009 Seeing Keegan and Jarod snuggled up in a movie theater, both completely in awe of the movie.... it makes me realize how lucky I am, not only have an amazing, gifted, bright son but that he has such an understanding, loving, awesome daddy that loves him more then anything in the world. Seeing both of them all curled up together in that seat made me cry a little ... but a good cry.
d:konstruct Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 Before band practice, I looked in on my wife Sandee snuggled in our bed with our little mini pin, Yoshi. They were both just barely sticking out of the covers. That my friends is what I live for:)
Ice Queen (1) Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Hugs and kisses form my girls Great friends The difference between my patient yesterday morning, and this evening. Huge difference for the better, plus smiles and thank yous. Catching a certain someone online and getting a chance to chat. Looks like I had a very positive day, even if it was exhausting.
jynxxxedangel Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 (edited) Getting a nice care package from a friend's church group. I can only hope that someday, I will have the opportunities to help others, as well as many good people have helped me. Sometimes the hardships of life can really make the world seem like a rotten place-- and then, a kind, generous, compassionate human being comes along, and completely shatters your illusions of cynicism. AstralCrux Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 realizing today that i have less than 7 weeks of work left this year, since i have so much vacation/holiday time coming!! who wants to hang out!? i'll travel most anywhere if you've got a place for me to crash! Oh, I haven't had a couch crasher since Tony stayed for like 6 months. I miss having random clumps of people over. I think he's crashing at Mike's this trip to MI though.
Scales Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 I made some considerable success meditating today going into a more peaceful, serene state without the racking physical bliss I used to be able to create for a time and don't want. These states are like drugs memory-wise, and register sort of like dreams so its hard to remember them. Thinking critically I know I have to use different techniques to raise my chances, but the mind is tricky and pride quickly screws everything up when I'm getting somewhere.
Msterbeau Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Time with daughters. Time with friends. Celebrating birthdays. Children having fun. A beautiful day. :-)
Rev.Reverence Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 I met a Christian Pastor & had a chat as we walked...he might be able to make it to the show...that, will be a hilarity. (He is not a part of our culture AT ALL.)
Homicidalheathen Posted October 19, 2009 Posted October 19, 2009 Most people have no idea just how bad b movie scripts read....evil bitch one: go fuck yourself! evil bitch 2: I already did! That doesn't even make sense. Hell I can write better than that. I suppose if you add in the sets and costumes it helps but just knowing I could write something 10x better made my day.
Guest Megalicious Posted October 21, 2009 Posted October 21, 2009 Staying at the child center longer then I should have. I went to pick up Keegan and ended up staying an hour, carving the pumpkins I brought in this morning and playing dress up with the kids - I love kids. They are so amazing, un-jaded, and just have wonderful little imaginations. Today I was an astronaut! Jarod bring me the turkey sandwich I have been craving all DAY LONG.
