Lucia_Woolf Posted May 31, 2009 Posted May 31, 2009 A former poet with a 13-yr old writer son came into the restaurant today. He wants me to talk to him (the son) because he thinks that I'll have the type of influence that will last him the rest of his life. Talk about some serious Ego Stroking. (haha, "I be Strokin...")

Guest Megalicious Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 I was deep cleaning today, and found my stitch box. It made my day because I threw it away - I no longer have any need for it.

Guest Megalicious Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 The HUGE bouquet of flowers I just received. No card, no name, just flowers!!! I HATE THAT..... WTF.
jynxxxedangel Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 I discovered a single blue columbine this morning, which I did not plant myself, growing in the rock garden next to my front steps. The blue columbine symbolises fidelity.
Lucia_Woolf Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 7 hour conversation... Well worth the one hour of sleep, sluggish motor skills and foggy head. Definitely made my day. :-D

creatureofthenyte Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 I may be getting a truck project done soon. I have had the worst luck so far in trying to find someone to do the work. I hope this latest shop pans out.
jynxxxedangel Posted June 1, 2009 Posted June 1, 2009 Watching my spideys perform "Spider-Sutra" (a phrase my husband has coined) on the wall of Taarna's enclosure. I didn't get to see the entire mating process, the last two times I bred my eldest female spider. She and her mate were sneaky. This is just too cool for words.
