bean Posted December 17, 2009 Posted December 17, 2009 I am happy that you see something in your future that will relieve you from all the pain you have been going through for months. "Coffee and See's Candy - it doesn't get any better, well almost thehheheh" Thank you
Joey Deadcat Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Should one list endeavours like deejaying and booking/promotion on a resume?
taysteewonderbunny Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Should one list endeavours like deejaying and booking/promotion on a resume? As prior work experience? Only if it is related to the job for which you are applying. Otherwise, go ahead, reference it in a cover letter, or mention it as avocational interests/hobbies.

Probably not too relevant when seeking bartending positions that aren't in clubs.
AstralCrux Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Should one list endeavours like deejaying and booking/promotion on a resume? I would if it helps cover gaps between jobs. It won't hurt and it shows you can work independantly.

bean Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 The psycho ex has some SERIOUS control issues. Wow. The world does not revolve around you, bitch.
Joey Deadcat Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Matter of fact, it is a functional resume that I'm drafting. Currently filling applications but am working up this resume for a position at one of Downtown's hotels. Was never sure if any of these non-payroll gigs would count as a working past.

I work in the hotel industry and have done management and hiring in the past... I could review your resume if you want. Feel free to PM.
AstralCrux Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 It's been completely dead in here for 2 hours, so why do 2 people have to call at the exact time someone walks through the door to check in? And, why do they have to have all the complicated questions?
creatureofthenyte Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I think I might just sit home and flop tomorrow.
Lillylu29 Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 im thinking its gonna be one lonly xmas.....as usual :/ cant wait for it to be all over with

jynxxxedangel Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 A girl sports a Chelsea and Docs and that makes her a Nazi...? WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Who the f*ck says THAT?!
Mrs.Heart Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I better get my check in the mail tomarrow or I'm going to be really pissed off & somebody is going to get an ear full...... Grrrr
Joey Deadcat Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 WHAT?!?!?!?!?! Who the f*ck says THAT?! Elsewhere I'd posted pics of cute skinhead girls and rudegirls; while not exactly sparking a backlash couple of folks are quick to look at skin culture and fashion and think "Nazi" or "racist". Not engaging in any internet arguements (I don't do that anyway) however, I am finding the reactions rather curious.
Guest Megalicious Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I am just blown away - in the good sense!
