Meditation has changed the way I dream again. I just had segments of dreams last night like I have in the past instead of just one, or its just that I'm more aware of the chain. My dreams have gradually changed in my favor, in a sense I don't have nightmares because I usually have power in my nightmares, but I have never straight-up knew I was dreaming.
