I think I'm getting more upset the more I watch shows with personal trainers. They constantly dump on pizza, fast food, instant meals, carbs and the like. What the viewer doesn't see is the fact that that trainer is directing those food comments to that specific individual because everyone is different. Unfortunately, the shows make it look generalized and people try to start weight loss diets using these shows as a basis.

I finally had a day off work.  I ended up spending the day cooking in my kitchen at home.  I think it has been a pretty good day.  lol

Oh my lord! I don't know at what point I lost my sense of smell but cigarettes all of a sudden smell like a mix of sewer and pig's feet! No wonder people can't stand my smoking. Damn. It's weird.

That's what cigarettes have always smelled like.

Thats also what smokers smell like, when and after they smoke.

Anyone else who is around a smoker, even if the smoker isn't smoking at the time, ends up smelling like that; I speak from experience.

Wow, my computer just had the strangest glitch in the Internet Explorer operating system. Looks like MSN is sticking true to its word and canceling all types of support to any of us who did not follow the masses into the new OS land.

I haven't seen some of these window setup defaults since Windows 95.

I actually feel bad for smoking all these years. I got nicotine lozenges as soon as I smelled the first wif of the cigarette in my hand. It smells so bad.

I have a prescription at the pharmacy for pain but I am so cold I don't want to go anywhere and I know if I go out I'll want to buy makeup. Lots of new makeup and I have coupons.
