Lol..yesterday was 4/20-national weed smoking day so my brother posted on Facebook that today was national random drug screening day..I thought it was funny but random drug screening usually involves being sent by an employer or probation officer if applicable to get a drug screen without warning so when I used to have my probation kids randomly screen all I did was show up at their house or school and say let's go and we would go to the court Downtown to the AOD or Drug screen technicians and they'd drop or we had swabs we used to take and swab them orally right on spot, that was way more convenient for everyone.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the 420 thing.  Yeah, I'm new to that concept, but very familiar with the random drug screening.  When we were growing up, cops used to show up on the corner and run the whinos in for drug testing in an effort to "keep the streets clean" (you know, you can get drunk, but just don't shoot up ).  Come to think of it...every job interview I went to back in the 80's and 90's, I remember all the males I interviewed with had to submit to drug screens.  They couldn't get away with something like that today.
