I had my first training today for TMS and also had an actual treatment done myself.  I could actually feel stimulation in my temporal area. It was pretty surreal.  I may actually continue this treatment for myself,  what better way to advocate for the use of it on depression.

It feels weird kinda like Woody Woodpecker is tapping in your brain.  Initially,  they couldn't get my thumb to twitch and asked me if I was dead,  sadly not the first time I have been asked that when something medical is being done on me. Anyway,  they finally kept cranking it and apparently left handed people are harder to get the twitch because we are working on that side and it has something to do with the fact that we are right brained.  It's actually extremely fascinating and the more I learn,  research the more I want to know everything about the brain and the different functions that certain areas are responsible for. I'm very excited about this! Ok, even  though I could literally talk about this for several hours I'll end before further rambling occurs.

Went to the park with Noelle, Dante and the girls tonight.  Actually walked the path around the park and snapped a few pics of the park.  Feeling pretty good.  I think I am going to make this a once or twice a week thing.  I need to get active again and taking the girls makes a good excuse to get off of my butt and do it.

Dude, let me know next time you go. I go either there or down to Wyandotte pretty much everyday.  I was in Wyandotte Tonight and I kept saying that I should leave and go to Heritage.  I love it,  I grabbed my phone and hunt me some pokemon.  Lol

Heritage Park is supposed to be a good Pokémon hunting area.  I wasn't sure we were going until after 10 tonight.  You'll have to send me your number so I can text you.  I am hoping to start doing this at least once a week.  I want to get things under control to avoid getting a stent.

Oh yea, my mom's ex bf had that. Yea we gotta get you out there, I have to make myself especially when I sleep bad the night before but I'm getting better. I do it because I am trying to lose a lot of weight,  I gained and gained after the car accident,  I was on pain meds and couldn't handle life like that,  among other factors at that time but I feel better when I'm active. Oh,  and that's what time I was leaving Wyandotte about.

According to my phone, it's currently 93 degrees!!!  I thought I would be cutting grass today...that's a no!  At that temp, that's instant heat stroke!!!

It's an open park,  I do think they technically have a close time because Taylor police like to mess with everyone so I think maybe 11. We should all get together some day and go,  that or somewhere. Maybe have a BBQ or something.

How perfect, I effectively made it 90 degrees inside.  Thank goodness I have a separate fan for the furbabies.  Just don't know how I missed putting the fan on the proper setting.  I should have known something was up when I was still able to hear the TV with the main fan on.

I usually just say "I'm broke" and talk about how the bills are cute since there is nothing to pay them with.  Next time I'm going to go with "I forgot!".  Sounds much more age appropriate for me.
