Got my work schedule for next week and they actually paid attention to my time off request (first time for everything, I guess) so I will be able to go. I plan on bringing some homemade salsa and guacamole with chips.

what is still needed for the picnic? I'm definitely going to make a couple key lime pies but I could also bring plates, table covers, basically any non-food needs that can be got at a dollar store. There is also a possibility I can bring a moderate amount of meat... depends on whether I make it down there Friday (stuff is way too expensive up here). Please let me know, I want to have my (non-meat) shopping done by Thursday.

It turns out I have class that day, but I'm hoping the paramedic doesn't go as long as he says he's going to go. But in case that he does, how long do people plan on hanging out? Class is supposed to be from 9-5, but I'm hoping it's like every other Saturday that we have class and we're out by 12 or 1.
