these mixes are all rather quick paced, continuous and usually close to an hour.

Free to Download. You may enjoy working out to it or just listening.

might need to grab one of these as a last 6.2 soundtrack for my next couple of marathons. Although I would prefer sub 1 hour for that last bit, I can't be certain of what'll happen by mile 20 :p

Hrmm not sure I have anything specific. My CD player (remember them things CDs? hah) has the same 5 CDs in it that its had for like 7 years, which I guess is what i typically turn on just because its there. Johnny Cash - Man In Black , The Clash - London Calling, Nivana - Bleach, Nizer Ebb - Ebbhead, Concrete Blond - Bloodletting. Not much of a "high energy workout mix" just what i throw on if i'm not going to watch a movie /show durring a workout (which i usually do).

Not that I went out of my way to put them there, they were just in there when my car got smashed (and i lost all my CDs) and that was just what was "saved" hah.

I've always been an album listener. That being said its typically Panzer AG: "This is my war", Dismantled "The War Inside me" and KFMDM WWIII. apparently I like my strength training with a little war.

and so concludes my random hermit post of the year.
