Last Will and Testament. I am taking a break from writing mine right now and it got me thinking. How many people actually have one?

After working with/for a Lawyer who specialized in this kind of thing for years... I have a Trust. Wills are not worth the paper they are written on and do not stand up in court.

I just told my kids who gets what on top of the actual pdf I downloaded and am having witnessed later this week by two acquaintances

Not listing all of my belongings and labeling who gets what I am sure they will be fair and understanding as they all get along.

I don't have anything to leave anyone at the moment. God I sound like a total bum. But I do have a living will in case I get into an accident or something, so my parents know my wishes.
