I do have to say that sporting events, especially professional ones, tend to bring out some of the most stupid people that this world has to offer...and then we give them beer!

All stadiums need seatbelts and each seating section needs a small group of pre-school teachers to help out the fans seated there. If the fans want anything to eat they need to wear a bib, finish the whole plate, and are kicked out if they throw anything...there will be a small section where those that have the proper IQ requirements may be on their own. As far as the bathrooms go...Depends...it their problem then plus the stadiumm doesn't need to overwork the cleaning crews.
