That sucks! Welcome back though :)

At least you had somewhere to go back to. It would have been worse to get evicted and then be like; oh shit now what??

Its just a good thing it happened right away and not after you'd gotten settled and found work and everything... :pirate:

Sucks, but good thing you found out before it was too late.

My thoughts exactly. And good that you had the sense to bail when you saw how things were going. Welcome back!

Wow. Hey, I'm sorry things didn't work out for you, but then again, I'm glad you are back in town. Welcome home.

Welcome back Constantin!!! Sorry things didn't work out as expected, but so glad you came back before it got worse :) It will be good to see you again!

Hey man glad to see ya back. :) Sorry the move didn't work out as planned.

Ya, welcome back. You know the saying "don't your chickens before the eggs are hatched.

Sorry it didn't work out but as some others pointed out, at least you didn't end up with no place to go at all.

Maybe if you do decide later to move, you could look for a place you could afford on your own for a bit till you could find a reliable roomie. If you don't have pets to worry about it can be pretty easy to find just a room with kitchen privileges sometimes.

This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
