Last week on 3 seperate occasions I lost service for about 3 hours. Sometimes just internet, sometimes cable.

I worked for comcast michigan when I was in my 20s, but I was a network administrator had nothing to do with the phones. Lets just say those operators have a hard life though. They are extremely busy.
