Reaper Posted October 3, 2009 Author Posted October 3, 2009 (edited) They still have a few teams that they could beat like St. Louis, Chicago, Seattle, and Cleveland. Edited October 18, 2009 by Reaper
Simon Bar Sinister Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 I'll say 4 - 12. they have a brutal schedule with games against quite a few playoff contenders. I'll go out on a limb and change this to 6-10.
Reaper Posted October 5, 2009 Author Posted October 5, 2009 I'll go out on a limb and change this to 6-10. My guess is that you should lower it again lol. Of course they lost all traction in the last half. They at least looked good for part of the game.
Simon Bar Sinister Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 my initial prediction (4-12) was based on an assumption that they'd start the season 0-6. they've already won one game, so...6 wins might be pushing it, but I'll let it stand.
candyman Posted October 5, 2009 Posted October 5, 2009 You guys should have taken Favre while you had the chance...
darknight1 Posted October 14, 2009 Posted October 14, 2009 What are your predictions on how this year will play out? Also discussions on players is also welcome. And in my opinion from what I have seen so far, seems to be fair to say that they will at least win a game lol. But this is preseason and things can change drastically as they have in the past. So far I think Matt Stafford isn't quite ready to be the starting QB. So my prediction for the season out of 16 games will be 5 wins, 11 losses. There are just too many other teams that look really good this year. Easy. They'll continue to suck like they have for years.
Reaper Posted October 19, 2009 Author Posted October 19, 2009 Well now they are out Stafford and Culpepper (at least most of that game), and had to go to Stanton who hasn't played enough this year. So with all the linemen getting injured in the Green Bay game, they are looking more and more powerless. They should still win 2 or 3 more games at least against Seattle, Cleveland, and St. Louis. But we shall see.
Tacohitts Posted October 20, 2009 Posted October 20, 2009 I see enough losers in real life as it is already, why would I want to see losers on TV,let alone go to Ford field and pay to see loser,Lions Suck,LOL!! Go Steelers!!!!
Reaper Posted November 1, 2009 Author Posted November 1, 2009 Hmm, I might have to lower my expectations of the Lions season to one, MAYBE 2 wins lol. Omg did they suck against the Rams. Hell, it was showing on the tv guide that it was televised but I guess they blacked it out.
Simon Bar Sinister Posted December 10, 2009 Posted December 10, 2009 safe to say i missed by a mile, lol!
Tacohitts Posted December 11, 2009 Posted December 11, 2009 Either way they still get paid lots of money to be losers,LOL!!
Reaper Posted December 12, 2009 Author Posted December 12, 2009 Well at least I have the 2 wins part down. Only 4 games to go: Baltimore, Arizona, San Francisco, and Chicago, and I can't see them winning any of them. At least when Cleveland won their game with Pittsburgh, it was against a more quality opponent.
Reaper Posted December 13, 2009 Author Posted December 13, 2009 48-3? Wow, last time I saw something suck that bad, was a bad date.
