the eternal Posted March 9, 2010 Author Posted March 9, 2010 BIG SCREEN AND BEER UPDATE! Thursday March 11 - Doors 8pm – Film 9:30pm – 21+ COVER--$2 DRINK MINIMUM--NONE Fantastic Mr Fox It is NOT a kids movie. It's a Wes Anderson movie that got inspired by a kids book. It's the least stuffy, most fun movie he's ever done. And a few nobodies by like Meryl Streep, George Clooney and the Zombieland hero, Bill Murray, voice the people in it. My favorite though is Willem Dafoe as the murderous rat. BE THERE THURSDAY!!! MAGIC BAG 22920 Woodward Ave Ferndale, MI 48220 www.themagicbag.com
~Tszura~ Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 We'll be there! And thank you for posting the preview! Those are the first clips I have ever seen of the movie. Have I been living under a rock? Was it even advertised a few months ago? I can't wait to see/hear more Bill Murray as the badger, lol.
Destroit Posted March 9, 2010 Posted March 9, 2010 (edited) AHHH! THEY'VE MERGED THEIR BODIES IN AN ATTEMPT TO TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!! (RUNS) You think that's terrifying, just wait until you see Pestobyl. Two tall terrifying rivethead Germans melded into one being means RUN. This is ridiculously close to our house, I'll see if my Pest half might want to be down. If not this time there will be others. Edited March 9, 2010 by Chernobyl
