Having a bad day? Not as bad as this guy!

A guy is sitting at a bar, just staring into his drink. He stays like that for a whole hour.

In walks a huge rough-looking truck driver, plops down in the chair next to him, grabs his drink from him, and gulps it all down. The poor man starts crying.

The truck driver says, "Aww, you're going to cry? I was just joking. Here, I'll buy you another drink. I can't believe I'm seeing a grown man cry over a drink."

"It's not that. This has been the worst day of my whole life. I slept through my alarm, rush around but still get to work late. My boss is furious because I'm late again and tells me I'm fired.

I clean out my desk, walk out to my car and it's been stolen. The police said it's probably already gone to a chop shop and don't count on ever getting it back. I have to call a cab to get home and then later I remember I left my wallet and credit cards there. I chase the cab and the driver just drives away with me running after.

When I finally get home my wife is in bed with the mailman. I go out to this bar and sit here trying to get up the guts to end it all and then you show up and swallow the last of my poison."

I have come close to those types of days. Can't say I broke out the poison, though.

OK, my sense of humor has officially gone deranged; I thought my humor and sarcastic wit was coming through the last post. lol

I can't tell if I am just getting cynical, old, or becoming more like House. Or a combination of all three.
