How about a designated DGN meeting corner for before things get going? Harpos has an open floor layout - I suggest the right corner as you walk in the door to the main floor area.

I'll be in the area of where merch tables usually are, when you first walk in. On the other side of the hall from where the bathrooms are. I'll probably be in that area until KMFDM actually takes stage, just because of the injury mentioned above.
