My last "old moment" was seeing how OLD-looking a lot of the schoolmates I've found on Facebook are. All I could think was, "OMG, do I look THAT old, too?!"

Haha! I make you feel old.

When my bones crack. Or when I get stiff from bending over cleaning.

Hey...I get stiff when ever I see young Ladies bending over to clean...ponderous.

That counts...right? ;)

When I first realized I am old enough to tell "when I was your age" stories.

When I see teenage kids wearing Metallica shirts.

Remembering when those signs said 1953 on them as well

The other day, my little sister was following me and my Mom around in a store saying "Mom. Mom. Mom. Mom. MOM." and I told my Mom, "She reminds me of that penguin in Super Mario for N64, the one that you have to give back to its Mom to get a star." To which my little brother says "What's N64?"

*facepalm*

Intern: When did Return of the Jedi come out?

Me (as resident): 1983. I saw it in the theaters.

Intern: *evil grin* I was one year old! *evil cackle*

*me hearing the fractures of age developing in my lumbar vertebrae, grabbing for walker*

I was the second oldest resident in the program, with a 4th year being the oldest. This intern was the youngest. This was a running joke between the old codgers and the babies in our program. ("Hey youngin'! Are you going to need a bottle and diaper change before going into that hernia?") All in good fun.

Telling the clerk in the party store about when the drinking age used to be 18... he had no idea.

Looking into the mirror this morning.

My gods, all of this stress is making me look ancient. I really need to smile more often, as this "divorce furrow" between my eyes is very unbecoming.

An unread note from 2006, from an abandoned Deviantart account, acknowledging that I'm moving to Eefoof, which apparently changed its name to VuMe in 07, which no longer exists.

I just thought about how I was a member of Grex for a few years.

Seeing kids under the age of 12 not only on the dance floor for the Time Warp, but actually doing the Time Warp as well.

I'm there.

At the rate we are going, we are going to have to expand it to a catacomb. :X
