punk_princess Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 You Should Play Some Music Part of what's stressing you out is that you can't stop thinking about your problems. Whenever you try to relax, you can't stop your mind from racing. The best thing you can do is crowd out your thoughts. And there's no easier way to do this than by cranking some music. Dancing is optional but highly recommended. Give yourself a break from your stress and really let loose. Or put on some of your old favorite music (happy music only though!). Sit back and remember what it was like not to be so overwhelmed. How Should You De-stress? You're not really sure how to dig yourself out of the hole you're in. And the best way to get out of a rut is to change things quickly. You don't have to do anything drastic... just step outside. Just feeling the sunshine on your face should cheer you up and change your perspective on things. Nature can be a very healing force. And no matter how stressful things are, take the sun rays as a reminder that the sun will come up

There's a lot of confusion and chaos going on, and you need to get a handle on it all. And there's no better way to do that than to start writing. At first your journal make not make sense to you, but that's okay. Just writing things down will help you. Over time, you'll find that it's great to have an outlet to think, vent, and dream without judgment. Just make sure to put a lock on that journal! How Should You De-stress? And while you can't control anything in your life, it may help you to learn how to stay tranquil. Meditation will help you learn how to let go, push through barriers, and live in the moment. It may be difficult at first, but if you stick with it, you'll find that meditation brings you some of the peace you're seeking. How Should You De-stress?
