I'm at work and a guest comes up to me. He can't get into his hotmail account in the business center. So, I offer to help him in the business center. We walk in and I pick a computer and type in www.hotmail.com. The page comes right up, no issues. I let the guy know this is the page, and he had me confirm it twice. So, maybe 10 minutes later he comes back to the desk to thank me for the help. He asked how I got the page to come up... I told him that you type in www.hotmail.com and the page will come up. Apparently, this guy just types stuff into the google page and hopes for the best. God save me, these people are special!
