Or even just the healing power of movement!

I got a lady up walking and off sugar and now she can do her own laundry and everything! 2 yrs ago she could barely get out of the chair.

She is up to walking 1 mile a day now whoo hoo!

I find one of the best places to dance is a drum circle...very free form.
