Actually, some quick, rough stuff I've done in between the more time-consuming digital pieces I'm working on. Totally digital except for the Viktor Vermin (the character in my sig pic) which is an enhanced colored-pencil drawing and is still a work in progress.

Nice work man! One of these days I'll get my brushes back out and start painting again. The real job has me doing digital design on the computer all day, would be nice to get back to some traditional stuff.

It reminds me a bit of Alan Aldridge's artwork on a few album covers I have seen. Not the least of which is Elton John's "Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy" album.

Thanks, folks - I used to scan my drawings and sketches and work from there but these days I've been doing it straight-up digital.

@ Marc: currently using good old-fashioned Photoshop 6. Someday I'd like to get a tablet and Illustrator and then see what I'm really capable of.

Outstanding. Hard to believe you're working without a tablet. I might be able to help with that. Also with a newer version of Photoshop, assuming your machine can run it. :-)

I am in awe, sir! Good luck with Illustrator; I've been learning it over the past year or so. It's humbling, especially if you've been using Photoshop for a long time.
