hard to find movie

:devil Has anyone ever seen or heard of the movie City on Fire; I know it might be out of print. It came out in 1978. The plot of it is that some working at an oil refinery gets demoted and decides to sabatage the place in revenge and destroy an entire city. I cannot find it any where: all know that they made a remake in 1998 called Ablaze; but the original is still pretty good. Does anyone know where to find this movie it is a collectors item action and adventure.
