The Ladykillers

I'm a big Tom Hanks fan, so I see about everything he does.

And I love the Coen brothers.

But I didn't love this movie.

I really found it quite boring. The ending was good. And I did like the dialogue provided by the lead female character.

But I have to say - not highly recommended.

Extras are scant. But the thing is, I enjoyed them better than the movie. I have an interest in instrument making, and one of the extras was on the guy who created some of the stringed instruments for the movie - I liked that a lot. And there's a short featuring the many takes it took to get a decent slap in a couple of the scenes that's quite funny.

See it if you really want to, but I'm personally glad I only paid .99 cents and had something else to do while it was on.
