Trying out something new, making wire wrap hair spirals. Here's a very rough prototype.

Opinions? Ideas?

I will likely make it longer, and put a charm on the end, and different beads in the middle.

I'll probably try it in brass and copper too, this is just copper.

Looks kool. I think I remember seeing something like that at the Ren. fast last year.

One thing, I hope it just doesn't get caught in ones hair. Like, pulls it when trying to get taken out. (I hate it when things get caught in my hair.)

Is the wire coated? I'm one of those people whose bodies have an odd reaction to copper. It always turns majorly green on me.

not coated, but since it goes in hair instead of on skin, it shouldnt oxidize too badly. Even so... for a steampunk look, a patina would work on it.
