MARCH 17th VNV NATION LIVE CONCERT AT THE NECTO

Tickets will be available to everyone online at want tickets .com on Tuesday March 2nd. We wanted to make sure the only place to get them was the club for the first 2 weeks to give an opportunity for as many of our regulars to get them as possible.

Just VNV Nation sadly. Since they are flying in from the west coast for this one off event we couldn't feasibly do both bands. No opener that night local or otherwise just a solo night with VNV and Void and I djing before the show. Afterwords we'll be doing DJ sets till 2 am

That's understandable, regardless of an opening band or not, it's cool that Necto is able to pull off a last minute VNV show here. If there was a local opener though, I would throw in a vote for d:konstruct

VNV mentioned something about coming back "some where nearby" during their show at St. Andrews last summer. Looks like I'm heading up to Necto this coming Monday for the first time. Newb question...do I just ask for tickets at the door or am I looking for someone in particular? Also, is there a max number you can purchase (I need to get 4)?

Not sure if there's a max or not but my friend bought 4 on Monday so at least 4 should be fine.

It sucks that we can't get the early tickets..Gonna have to wait until I can buy them online or at a closer area than Ann Arbor. I'd spend more in gas then I would save..

MARCH 17th St. Patrick's Day VVN NATION LIVE at the Necto!!! I REPEAT VNV NATION LIVE at the Necto!!!

This is no DJ set expect over 2 blistering hours of live music by one of the greatest bands in our scene. The Necto is proud to host VNV on their second date of this North American tour and the first of their sparse mid-west appearances. They have performed at outdoor music festivals and large arena's now see them in a very intimate setting. We will only be selling 450 tickets. Pre-sales for the first 2 weeks will be $15 and they must be bought at the Necto. After the first 2 weeks tickets will be $20 and available online at want tickets . com. We want to make sure as many of our regular's get a chance at tickets before they hit online. So act fast!

Damn. That sounds like a really good show. Too bad I won't be there. Oh well. They will be playing about 3 miles away from my house here in Colorado Springs, in April. And apparently they will be playing in Denver the next day so I shouldn't complain, but everything tells me the Detroit show is gunna be so much better...

I cant wait but now I need to be able to get my new boots from home lol. Hey they dont have the same lame spike rule at necto as city club do they? I dont want to have to remove my lense from my goggles cause a got a about 2 inch spike sticking out the middle. Its no fun having awesome steampunk cyber goggles that I cant even wear properly.

, By the way, if you're curious, Wantickets handles the advance sales for the DEMF. Having dealt with them last year, I can tell you that they're first-rate. Way better than TicketBastard or LieNation.

That is why our club only deals with want tickets. They charge a flat rate of 10% for the total ticket price. After their expenses they make less than a %5 profit on all their sales. If other promoters would make thier focus supplying the cheapest price for thier customers instead of what is cheapest for them we would do better.
