No, because sometimes... you just have to break something. Be it frustration, pure angst or a purely sadistic need... you just have to break something. Anger is not always a factor.

On the topic though....

I have anger issues. I learned a long time ago to no longer act on the urge to smash thats assholes face in. So, I control it... listen to music and relax...

Heh. I try to defuse anger with music, not add to it.

So the best medicine for anger is... They Might Be Giants.

But only in small amounts. After a few songs, I might get pissed again. Kinda how, psychologically, pink is actually a soothing color - but after a while, has the opposite effect.
