model building and goth jewelry

:devil Awhile back in the mid to late eighties and into the mid 90's I used to build replicas of industrial buildings and houses out of cereal boxes and balsa wood. usaully I would take a picture of some place at different angles and get them developed. I would then look at them carefully and start at the foundation. After awhile I decided to start drawing up my own designs and see if it would work; and to my surprise it did. Unfortunately I have only one model replica left because the roof in my storage shed leaked and ruined almost everything I built. Fortunately The one model I have left was in the house and not in the shed so it did not get wrecked. It is an original of a house that is my own design. I at least I have pictures of all the work that I have done; and some of them are pictures of the projects under construction. I now have the the remaining model at our place in a safe area. I wish I had a better computer to be able to post some of these pictures on this site. On the other hand I have been making goth jewelry out of copper wire and copper pipe and scrap ductwork. I am also teaching DarkChylde on how to make this stuff and hopefully we both will be making some extra cash in the process! I will be getting better tools to make this jewelry and we both are splitting the money 50/50. In a way I wish the model building was still around in the workforce but it went the way of the dinasuars.
