I'm thinking most active members, and then if anyone thinks someone has been forgotten who ought to be included, they will be added to the final rosters.

Gosh, I'm tired and loopy. I'll keep an eye on this topic until tomorrow early evening, and then I'll begin making primary lists (as I said, unless someone else feels motivated to begin this project).
